Lobster/crab | 4 - 6 (wash & cut into half) |
Large Onions | 1 (peeled & diced), 1 (peeled & round cut) |
Garlics | 3 (peeled & diced) |
Ginger | 1 inch (peeled & diced) |
Carrots | 1 (peeled & cubed) |
Chilli Paste | 4 tablespoons |
Bird Chilli (Cili Api) | 5 (you may add more if u want to) |
Kaffir Lime Leaves (Daun Limau Purut) | 3 |
Tomato Sauce | 3 tablespoons |
Chilli Sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Fish Sauce | 3 tablespoons |
Lime Juice | 2 tablespoons |
Water | 1/4 cup |
Salt & Sugar | Adjust to your liking |
Coriander/chives | For garnishing |
Cut the Lobster/Crabs into half
Heat up the cooking oil and add the onions and ginger. Wait until they turned a bit brown
Add chili paste and cook for 10 minutes, then add carrots, sauces, lime juice and water
When the carrots are half-cooked, add lobster/crabs, bird chilli and kaffir lime leaves. Stir them occasionally and cook them for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander or chives and it's ready to be served!
