Spring Onion | Few |
Grated Garlic | 2 clove |
Korean Soy Sauce | To taste |
Salt | To taste |
Pepper | A dash |
Hot Rice | 2 bowl |
Water | 1/4 cup |
Marinated the beef with soy sauce,grated garlic,salt and pepper
Stir fried until half cooked
Add Korea glass noodle,carrot,water,spring onion,salt and korean soy sauce to taste
Simmer until water reduced 1/2
Served with hot rice and kimchi.
