Chicken | 10 pieces |
Thick Coconut Milk | 2 cups |
Diluted Coconut Milk | 1 cup |
Bird Eye Chillies | 11 (tapped/blended) |
Fresh Tumeric | 1 inch (tapped/blended) |
Lemongrass | 2 (tapped) |
Tumeric Leaves | 1 (thin sliced) |
Long Beans/green Beans | A handful (wash & cut into bite size) |
Tomato | 1 ( cut into 4 pieces) |
Asam Keping/asam Gelugor | 3 pieces |
Salt | For seasoning |
Add all the ingredients (except the greens and the coconut milk) together in a pot. Cook them with a slow heat until the water (from the chicken pieces) runs dry.
Add diluted coconut milk and let them boil.
Add thick coconut milk, long/green beans, tomato, salt and asam keping. Let them boil again.
Add daun kunyit, cook for another 2 minutes and it's ready to be served!
