Buang kulit sotong, potong sotong bentuk empat segi & kelar dibahagian dalam.

Ingredients

3 cawan nasi putih
10 ekor udang sederhana besar
2 ekor sotong
1 pokok sayur sawi
1/2 batang lobak merah dipotong panjang
3 batang baby corn dipotong panjang
1/2 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 tangkai cili kering (direbus)
2 sudu kecil lada hitam kasar (motokar)
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar kicap
1 susu besar sos tiram
Secukup rasa gula & garam
1 biji telur

Bersihkan udang & sotong, ketepikan. Potong sayur2an, ketepikan.
