Recipe for "Pancake"


Tips

1. To not burn the pancakes, heat up the pan with medium heat, put the heated pan on a damp towel to cool it down a bit, then lower the heat before start making the pancakes.

2. You may add other extra ingredients to your liking.

3. Best serve hot with a slice of butter and maple syrup.

Ingredients

Cake Flour 100 gram
Corn Flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 3 tbsp.
Baking Powder 1 tsp.
Salt A pinch
Egg 1
Milk 100 ml
Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp.

Instructions

Sift cake flour, baking powder, corn flour, sugar and salt. Mix well with whisk.

Beat egg in another bowl. Add milk.

Add dry ingredients 1/3 at a time. Mix well.

Add vegetable oil in the batter. Mix well.

Prepare a clean pan. Butter the pan lightly. Cook the pancakes and serve.
