Recipe for "Kek Batik"


Tips

1. You may alter the measurement to your liking.

2. Use baking paper to avoid the kek batik sticking to the food container.

3. Allow the kek batik to soften after taking it out of the fridge before serving.

Ingredients

Butter 250 gram / 1 stick
Condensed Milk 1 can
Milo Powder 2 cups
Marie Biscuit Whole packet

Instructions

Break marie biscuit into tiny pieces.

Melt butter in a saucepan.

Add condensed milk.

Add milo powder and stir until mixture boils.

Turn heat to low and add the marie biscuits. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Quickly pour the mixture into a clean food container. Allow to cool then store in fridge overnight.
