Recipe for "Mini Chocolate Cake"


Tips

Use hot oil and hot water

Ingredients

A Ingredienst
Plain Flour 1 cup
Cocoa Powder 1 cup
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Soda Bicarbonate 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
B Ingredients
Oil 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Eggs 2
Topping
Cooking Chocolate 200 g
Heavy Cream 200 ml

Instructions

Sift all the A ingredients in a large bowl

Add oil,water and eggs

Mix well using spatula

Pour into cupcake mold 80% full

Baked for around 35 minutes

How to make topping chocolate sauce

Melt the chocolate and heavy cream using double boiled method

Pour on top of the cake when the cake is cold down
