1/2 bungkus bihun direndam & ditoskan
12 ekor udang sederhana
12 biji fishball dihiris
1 pokok sawi
1/2 batang lobak merah dihiris nipis panjang
Secukupnya air
2 sudu besar sos tiram
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
1/2 labu bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
Sejemput ikan bilis
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
