*Daging diketuk supaya lebih lembut & sedap dikunyah.
*Banyakkan kicap supaya daging menjadi hitam

Ingredients

1/2 kg daging
Sedikit air
Secukupnya air asam jawa
Secukupnya kicap pekat
Secukupnya kicap cair
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Tumis
1 batang kulit kayu manis
1 keping bunga lawang
2 biji buah pelaga
3 tangkai bunga cengkih
Bahan Kisar
9 tangkai cili kering direbus
2 labu bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia

Potong daging kpd ketulan besar & rebus hingga empuk. Hiris nipis & ketuk satu2 menggunakan lesung batu. (chopping board, bkn dlm lesung)

Panaskan minyak & tumis 4 sekawan hingga wangi. Masukkan bahan kisar. Masak hingga kering/pecah minyak.
