Medium Banana | 1 |
Low-Fat Plain Yogurt | 1/2 cup |
Honey | 1or 2 teaspoons |
Ice Cubes | 1 cup |
Pistachio Ice Cream | 1 or 2 scoops |
Caramel Syrup | 1 tablespoon |
Add banana, yogurt, honey and ice cubes and blend until smooth and thick in covered blender and pour into tall glasses.
Scoop pistachio ice cream and pour caramel syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
