Rasakan dahulu tempoyak sebelum menambah garam kerana tempoyak memang dah sedia masin

Ingredients

300 gram tempoyak
10-12 ekor udang size sederhana (buang kulit)
4-5 ulas bawang putih
4-5 ulas bawang merah
1 biji sederhana besar bawang besar
50 gram ikan bilis
Ikut rasa cili padi dan cili merah besar
Ikut rasa garam, gula
