Tips

Untuk perap daging, lebih elok daging tidak di rebus. Nanti hilang manis daging.

Ingredients

200 gram - hiris nipis daging
1 pokok - hiris serong daun bawang
1 inci - cincang halia
3 ulas - hiris bawang putih
Bahan Perap:
1 sudu kecil tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil kicap manis
1 sudu besar air
1 sudu kecil cuka
Bahan Sos:
2 sudu kecil sos tiram
2 sudu kecil kicap manis
1/2 sudu kecil kicap pekat
Secukup rasa lada sulah
1/2 sudu kecil minyak bijan
1/2 sudu kecil ajinomoto
1 sudu besar gula
Secukup rasa garam

Perap daging dengan bahan perap selama 30 minit di dalam peti ais.
