Tips

1. Tak suka too oily, minyak boleh dikurangkan dengan tos bila hidang.

Ingredients

1/2 ekor ayam (potong 6)
3 sudu besar cili kisar
1/2 cawan kicap manis
2 biji bawang merah (potong 4)
3 ulas bawang putih (hiris)
1 inci halia (hiris)
1 biji ubi kentang (potong wedges)

Panaskan minyak, tumis cili sampai naik minyak yang banyak.
