Ingredients

100 gram - buang kulit udang
1 inci - hiris halia
1 tin kecil snow peas
1/2 batang - hiris memanjang lobak merah
6 biji - hiris shitake mushroom
1/2 cawan - sangai gajus
Bahan Perap:
1 biji putih telur
1/2 camca kecil tepung jagung
Bahan Sos:
1 camca besar sos tiram
5 camca besar air
1/2 camca kecil cuka
1/2 camca kecil minyak bijan
1/2 camca kecil lada sulah
Secukup rasa garam

Instructions

Perap udang bersama bahan perap selama 30 minit. Panaskan minyak, tumis sekejap udang di dalam kuali hingga separuh masak. Ketepikan.
