Tips

Ikan bilis hendaklah dibasuh bersih2.

Kalau nak buat garing pun boleh, nak buat basah2 sikit pun boleh.

15 biji cili api* (ikut tahap pedas masing2)
2 ulas bawang putih*
1 labu bawang besar*
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa gula
