Tips

This is a good alternative to consuming whey protein, besides having it as a smoothie or shake.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
1 cup wholewheat flour
1/2 cup whey protein
1 tbsp (adjust according to preference) brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
Wet Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup fresh milk/lowfat milk
1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
According to preference honey/maple syrup

In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients
