Fresh Milk/lowfat Milk | 1 cup |
Olive Oil | 1 tbsp |
Garnish | |
Strawberries | 1/2 cup |
Blueberries | 1/2 cup |
Honey/maple Syrup | According to preference |
In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients
In another bowl, gently whisk all wet ingredients
Mix and fold wet ingredients to dry ingredients
Fry in a hot pan until set and golden. Serve with fruits and honey or maple syrup.
