Recipe for "Wholewheat Protein Pancakes"


Tips

This is a good alternative to consuming whey protein, besides having it as a smoothie or shake.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
Wholewheat Flour 1 cup
Whey Protein 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp (adjust according to preference)
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Wet Ingredients
Eggs 2 large
Fresh Milk/lowfat Milk 1 cup
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Garnish
Strawberries 1/2 cup
Blueberries 1/2 cup
Honey/maple Syrup According to preference

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients

In another bowl, gently whisk all wet ingredients

Mix and fold wet ingredients to dry ingredients

Fry in a hot pan until set and golden. Serve with fruits and honey or maple syrup.
