Tips

You can use spinach, capsicum, pieces of roasted chicken to this recipe. It is quite versatile.

This recipe is measured to suit perfectly a 6 holes muffin tray.

Ingredients

3 medium sized eggs
1/4 cup milk
Few florets cauliflower
1 sausage
I used cheddar, parmesan and some mozzarella here cheese of your choice
To grease the muffin tray butter
To taste salt & pepper
Optional ( to garnish) chilli powder

Heat the oven to medium high

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until a bit frothy. Season w salt & pepper and whisk again

Cut the cauliflowers. You can minced it finely or use it whole (but not too big)

Cut the sausage into think slices

Butter the muffin tray

Give the egg mixture a final whisk before pouring into each muffin holes. Only 1/4 for each hole. Tuang sampai habis/divide equally

Scoop the cauliflower into three of the muffin holes. Do the same with the sausage slice for the other three muffin holes.

Sprinkle some cheese on top. The more the better if you're crazy abt cheese like me. Garnish with some chilli powder, if desired.

Bake for 25-20 mins or until egg is cooked through.

To test if the muffin is cooked, prick the medium part with a toothpick,if the toothpick is clean when you pull it out dh masak la tu.
