Milk | 3/4 cup |
Vinegar | 2 tbsp |
All-Purpose Flour | 1 cup |
Sugar | 2 tbsp |
Baking Powder | 1 tspn |
Baking Soda | 1/2 tspn |
Salt | 1/2 tspn |
Egg | 1 |
Butter (Melted) | 2 tbspn |
Combine milk with vinegar and set aside for 10 mins. This is a process to make it make the pancake fluffier if we do not have buttermilk.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Combine egg and butter into the milk mixture
Pour milk mixture gently into the flour mixture. Whisk until there's no lump.
Cook the pancake as per normal
