Recipe for "Vanilla Sauce"


Tips

Cooking vanilla sauce medium heat temperature, stir constantly for better texture.

Ingredients

White Sugar 1/4 cup
Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
Fresh Milk 1cup
Salt A pinch of salt
Cornflour 1 tablespoon
Butter 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Mix together sugar, brown sugar, salt , milk, cornflour and butter in a saucepan.

Bring to boil and continuously stir until the mixture thickens and then remove from heat, and stir 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Serve over bread pudding, yummy!!!
