Sediakan telur dahulu baru bakar roti kerana roti dibakar & dibiarkan lama akan liat

Ingredients

Sekeping roti benggali
2 biji telur ayam gred c
Secukupnya kicap
Secukupnya lada putih
1 sudu besar margerin

Instructions

Panaskan air, cukup supaya telur tenggelam. Apabila mendidih tutup api, masukkan telur menggunakan senduk. Tutup periuk & set masa selama 4 minit.

Sementara itu panaskan non stick pan, masukkan margerin. Bakar kedua2 belah roti hingga garing. Angkat & letakkan dlm pinggan.

Apabila cukup masa sendukkan telur ke dlm mangkuk yg berisi air paip. Kemudian pecahkan telur & letakkan atas roti.
