Vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
Black Pepper | A pinch |
White Pepper | A pinch |
Salt | A pinch |
Smashed Garlic | 2 cloves // smashed |
Poached Egg | |
Egg | 1 |
Vinegar | 2 drops |
Whisk all of the dressing ingredients in a big bowl. Add salt to your own preferences.
Add in the greens into the bowl. Mix everything together.
How to make Poached Egg
Boil water in a small pot.
Add drops of vinegar.
Crack open egg into the hot water carefully. Don't stir !
Remove the egg from the hot water when the yolk is semi-cooked.
