Tips

1.Masukkan acuan dlm peti ais terlebih dahulu supaya puding cepat beku.
2.Jgn biarkan puding beku 100% kerana lapisan koko xkan melekat atasnya. Boleh juga kikis2 manja permukaan puding guna garfu supaya kedua2 puding melekat.

Ingredients

Bahan2 Puding Jagung
1 paket serbuk agar2 10gm
3/4 cawan gula
2 1/2 cawan air
1 tin susu cair
4 sudu besar susu pekat
1 cawan isi jagung
4 sudu besar pati/pes jagung (double lion)
2 sudu besar tepung jagung ( dibancuh bersama 3sb air)
1/2 sudu kecil garam
Bahan2 Puding Coklat
Sepeket serbuk agar2 10gm
3/4 cawan gula
3 cawan air
1 tin susu cair
4 sudu besar susu pekat
4 sudu besar serbuk koko
2 sudu besar tepung jagung (dibancuh dgn 3sb air)
1/2 sudu kecil garam

Dalam blender, masukkan isi jagung, susu cair, susu pekat & pes jagung. Kisar tp jgn terlampau halus.

Masukkan dlm periuk agar2. Masak hingga mendidih. Tambah garam & bancuhan tepung jagung. Kacau & tuang dlm acuan. Saya guna acuan kecik2 berbentuk ❤
