Grapefruit is great for weight lost

Ingredients

Grapefruits 2 , cut into halves
Banana 1, slice
Honey Or Brown Sugar 4 tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash and cut the grapefruit into halves.

Cut along the skin and sections to loosen the flesh.

Slice banana and place the slices on top of the grapefruit halves.

Drizzle one tablespoon of honey or brown sugar on top of each half. Make sure you get the center too! Sprinkle some cinnamon.

Bake for 15 minutes. The edges should be starting to brown. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and enjoy!
