800 gram udang galah
1 biji nenas sederhana besar
400 ml santan pekat
5 batang serai
5 helai daun limau purut
2 keping asam gelugor
Bahan Di Kisar Halus
2 inci halia
1/2 inci kunyit hidup
15 biji (nak pedas tambahkn lagi) cili padi
3 biji bawang putih
5 biji bawang merah
1 inci lengkuas
1/2 inci belacan

Udang di bersihkn, buang sedikit muncung di bahagian kepala dan kaki nya
