1 batang serai diketuk
1 keping asam keping
1/2 cawan santan pekat
1 gelas air
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
17 tangkai cili kering direbus
2 ulas bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
Sebatang serai (dipotong pendek2)
Bahan Tumis
1 batang kulit kayu manis
1 keping bunga lawang
2 biji buah pelaga
3 tangkai bunga cengkih

Lumur ayam dgn garam & kunyit. Goreng separuh masak. Toskan minyak.
