Ingredients

600 gram - potong kecil ayam
2 biji - belah 4 terung ungu
1 camca besar + air pes asam jawa
2 mangkuk air
1 cawan cili kisar
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar:
7 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
1 inci kunyit hidup
1/2 camca kecil serbuk lada hitam
1/2 inci belacan
3 biji buah keras

Instructions

Perap ayam dengan asam jawa & garam selama 10 minit. Cuci & toskan. Ketepikan.
