Udang perlu masak sekejap shj supaya kekalkan kemanisan udang. Masukkan udang bila sambal betul-betul dah masak.

300g udang
1/2 cawan cili kisar
1biji (dihiris halus) bawang besar
3biji (belah dua) cili padi
Secukup rasa garam & gula
