Recipe for "Salty Eggs With Fried Prawn"


Ingredients

Prawn, Shelved, Deveined 200 gram
Duck Eggs (Salted And Boiled), Mashed 3 pcs
Garlic, Chopped 2 cloves
Red And Green Chillies, Finely Chopped 4 pieces
All Purpose Flour + Sago Flour + Salt + White Pepper = Mixed Together
Butter 1 tablespoon
Spring Onion, Chopped Finely 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Slit the back of the prawns, season with salt and white pepper, leave for 10 minutes.

Dredge the prawns with flour mix, deep fry, set aside.

Melt butter in a frying pan, saute garlic until aromatic, stir in the eggs and chillies, cook for 2-3 minutes until it bubbles, toss in the prawns, cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
