Rebus dahulu daging sehingga empuk

Ingredients

200g → potong,rebus hingga empuk daging
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar kicap
1/2 bgkusan kiub pati ayam
1 cwn air
Secukup rasa garam, gula
1 bj → hiris bulat, potong serong bwg besar, lada besar
Tumbuk
4 ulas bwg putih
2 inci halia
1 sudu kecil lada hitam

Panaskan sedikit minyak dalan kuali. Tumis bahan tumbuk sehingga naik bau semerbak.
