Tips

Melt the cooking chocolate using a double boiler technique over a slow fire.

Ingredients

Bread 8 slices
Cooking Chocolate 1 bar
Oat 2 cups

Instructions

Cut the bread into small pieces & arrange it on a baking tray.

Bake the bread in hot oven (150○C) for approximately 12 minutes until it is crispy.

Melt the cooking chocolate using the double boiler technique.

Dip the baked bread in the melted chocolate.

Coat the bread with oats. Leave it to dry before keep it in a air tight container.
