Lemon Juice | 1/4 cup |
Non Fat Plain Yogurt | 2 tablespoons |
Honey | 1 1/2 teaspoons |
Ground Cumin | 1/4 teaspoon *grind |
Ground Ginger | 1/4 teaspoon *grated |
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil | 1/4 cup |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
Chili Flakes | Some if you love heat |
Combine lemon juice, yogurt, honey, cumin, cinnamon and ginger in a small bowl until blended
Slowly whisk in oil so that the dressing becomes smooth and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chili flakes if you love heat and serve with hot prata bread or can be marinated sauce for grill fish.
