Recipe for "Moroccan Spiced Lemon Dressing"

Replace lemon with lime

Ingredients

Lemon Juice 1/4 cup
Non Fat Plain Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Honey 1 1/2 teaspoons
Ground Cumin 1/4 teaspoon *grind
Ground Ginger 1/4 teaspoon *grated
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Chili Flakes Some if you love heat

Instructions

Combine lemon juice, yogurt, honey, cumin, cinnamon and ginger in a small bowl until blended

Slowly whisk in oil so that the dressing becomes smooth and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with chili flakes if you love heat and serve with hot prata bread or can be marinated sauce for grill fish.
