2. Ayam lebih lama diperap lebih sedap.

Ingredients

1 ketul ayam bahagian peha
2 biji ubi kentang
3 sudu besar sos blackpepper
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar dried rosemary
2 sudu besar minyak
1 keping cheddar cheese (sliced)
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Lumur ayam bersama sos black pepper, bawang putih diketuk, minyak, garam & gula secukup rasa. Perap seketika.
