Untuk Kek Pisang
180gram marjerin (planta)
6 biji telur
1 3/4 cawan gula kastor
2 cawan superfine flour
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh baking soda
1/2 cawan buttermilk
2 cawan (4 biji dilenyek) pisang
1 sudu teh essen vanila
Untuk Caramel
1 cawan gula
1/2 cawan susu sejat
6 - 7 sudu besar mentega
Untuk Banana Caramelized Topping
2 biji (potong bulat) pisang
1/2 cawan gula perang
1/2 cawan susu sejat
4 sudu besar mentega
Caramel Buttercream
125g mentega
150g shortening
1/2 - 1 cawan icing sugar
1 sudu besar caramel
