Recipe for "Taiwanese's Minced Meat "


Tips

You may add some water if you want some gravy or the meat is too dry.

This minced meat is suitable for plain rice or for noodles as well.

Ingredients

Minced Meat 200 gram
Shallots Few
Garlic Few
Dried Chilies Few
Kicap Lemak Manis For coloring
Salt To taste

Instructions

Steam the broccoli then set aside.

Meanwhile boiled the egg (Hard-boiled egg) and leave it to cool completely

Heat up the frying pan then put a spoon of oil,saute the minced garlic and chopped shallots until golden brown then add minced meat following the dried chilies.

Cook the meat until half cooked then add the Kicap lemak manis and salt to taste. Keep stir until cooked!

Served with plain rice,steam broccoli and the hard-boiled egg.
