Recipe for "Chocolate Moist Cake (Steamed)"


Tips

Do not open the cover for first 30 minutes during steamed.


Ingredients

Ingredients A (Dry)
Plain Flour 1 cup
Cocoa Powder 1 cup
Granulated Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Soda Bicarbonate 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Ingredients B (Wet)
Hot Oil 1 cup
Hot Water 1 cup
Eggs 2
Topping
Cooking Chocolate 1 bar
Milk 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

How to prepare the cake

Shift all ingredients (A) then mixed well.

Add ingredients (B) into (A) then mixed it very well using hand mixer.

Prepare the cake mold (apply some oil first) then pour all the cake mixture.

Cover it with aluminium foil then steam 45 minutes on medium heat.

How to make the cake's topping

Chop the chocolate in small pieces.

Melt the chocolate using 'Double boil method'.

After chocolate is completely melt, add the milk and oil and stir well.

Pour the topping on top of the cake after the cake is cool completely.

Decorate the cake as you like and i using walnut :)
