Recipe for "Caramel Puding"


Tips

Apply some oil or butter at the mold to prevent pudding get 'bubbles' like my one :p

And cover the mold with aluminium foil when steam to prevent water drop on the pudding.

Ingredients

Caramel Sauce's Ingredients
Sugar 90 g
Water 5 tsbp
Pudding's Ingredients
Milk 120 ml
Egg 1
Sugar To taste
Vanilla Essence A bit

Instructions

How to make Caramel sauce

Heat up the pan,add sugar.

When sugar almost turn brownish add water and stir well.

Pour into mold then set aside.

How to make pudding

Boil the milk then mix the sugar until completely dissolve.

Slowly beat the egg with Vanilla essence.

Mix the milk mixture into the egg mixture. Stir well.

Pour the mixture into mold then steam until fully cooked.
