Beaten Eggs | To coat |
Breadcrumbs | To coat |
Cut the skin to the end of the drummets and push the meat toward the fleshy end.
Marinate with chicken powder,evaporated milk and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Coat the drumsticks with plain flour then dip into beaten eggs and lastly coat with the breadcrumbs.
Deep fried until golden brown.
