Recipe for "Lempeng Kelapa With Sambal Tumis"

I'm just non stick pan :)

Ingredients

Lempeng Kelapa
Flour 1 cup
Warm Water 1 cup
Eggs 1 pcs
Soda Bicabornated 1/4 tbsp
Coconut Flakes 1/2 cup
Sambal Tumis
Onion 3pcs
Dried Chili, Soaked Handful
Garlic 3 cloves
Belacan A thumb size
Water 1 cup
Tamarind Juice 1/2 cup
Anchovies 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Salt And Sugar To taste

Instructions

Lempeng kelapa

Mix the batter until smooth

Let it rest for 5 minutes to let the soda makes his magic.

Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and pour the batter just like how you cook your pancakes. Flip and cook the other side.

Sambal tumis

Just blend the above items in a blender except anchovies until smooth.

Sauté in and make sure the ingredients are really fragrant and "crispy".

Add your salt, sugar and tamarind water. Add a bit more water if preferred. Mix in your soaked Anchovies and cook through.
