Non Sugar Vegan Bread And Puddings

I'm tried making this recipes without eggs and milk for my vegan and veggie and alson or who's hate too sweet desserts.

Tips

Its looks like you have added too much coconut milk, you haven't. This pudding has lots of sugar-tastes bloody good though!! The drier the bread, the more oil I put on.

Ingredients

1 tea spoon ground cinamon
5 pcs bread, of choice
1/2 cup sunflower oil
50g chococlate chips
50g dried blackcurrant
50g dried golden raisins
50g dried mix fruits
A dash salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas mark 5. Lightly grease a baking dish. Butter 5 slices of bread, cut in half.

Mix the coconut milk, chocolate chips, mixed fruits, blackcurrant, raisin and oil together and whisk.

Pour over the bread and leave to absorb for 10 minutes. And stir well.

Bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until the pudding is set and browned.
