Recipe for "Pandan's Agar-Agar"


Tips

Add some sugar when blended the pandan leaves to prevent 'bitter' taste.

Use can use jelly powder as well if you like.

Ingredients

Agar-Agar Strip 1 pack
Sugar To taste
Pandan Leaves Few
Water Refer the instruction given

Instructions

Blended the pandan leaves with some water and a bit of sugar.
Drain well then set aside.

Boiled the Agar-agar strip as shown in the packaging.
Add sugar to taste.

When the Agar-agar is completely melted,pour 1/4 agar into the square container.
Mixed the Pandan's juice into it, stir well.

After the agar-agar is set, diced it into cubes size.
Pour the rest of the Agar-agar mixture and let it set before keep in the fridge.
