Broccoli | 1 handful |
Carrot, Slices | 1 |
Garlic, Smashed | 3-4 cloves |
Ginger, Thinly Slices | 1 inch |
Oyster Sauce | 1/3 cup |
Water | 1 cup |
Oil | 2 tbsp |
Sugar | 1-2 dash |
Chicken Stock Powder | 1 teaspoon |
Heat oil and saute ginger and garlic until fragrant .
Put oyster sauce, water, broccoli, carrot into the pan.
Sprinkle a little sugar and chicken stock and cook for 2-3 minutes and then can be served.
