Recipe for "Crispy Chicken In Lemon Sauce"


Tips

It's about sour and sweet dish. Don't put salt to much and eat right after done cooking because it's just too yummy!

Ingredients

Crispy Chicken
Chicken 6 pcs
Salt To taste
Ground Pepper 1 teaspoon
Eggs, Stirred 2 nos
Corn Starch For dipping
Lemon Sauce
Butter 1 tbsp
Water 2 cup
Garlic, Smashed 5-6 cloves
Sugar 1/3 cup
Salt To taste
Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn Starch 2 tbsp
Yellow Food Coloring 1-2 drops

Instructions

Crispy chicken

Mix black pepper, flour and salt . Chicken dipped in egg and then in flour before plating Chicken . Fry in hot oil and clean . Pick up when dry .

Lemon sauce

Fragrant . Add water , vinegar , lemon juice , sugar , salt .

Cook until boiling and add the food coloring, corn flour mixed with a little bit of that water .

Cook until sauce thickens and can be poured over the chicken .
