Tips

You need to soak the Korea Vermicelli before cook.

Ingredients

1/2 pack korea vermicelli
300 g beef-sliced
1 medium size carrot-sliced*
2 eggs omelette-sliced
1 medium size onion-sliced
A bundle spinach-cut into medium length*
2 pieces mushroom-sliced*
1/4 cabbages-sliced*
4 cloves garlic-grated & minced
A dash toasted white sesame seed
To taste korea soy sauce
A dash sesame oil
To taste salt

Soaked and boiled the Korea Vermicelli.Set aside.

Marinated the beef with Korea soy sauce,salt and grated garlic.
Stir fried with some sesame oil.Set aside.

Heat up the fry pan,saute the minced garlic,onions and Korea Vermicelli.
Add the soy sauce and salt to taste.
