Chicken Fillet | 200 g |
Black Sesame Seed | 1 tbsp |
Chicken Powder* | To taste |
Salt* | To taste |
White Pepper* | A dash |
Corn Starch | To coat |
Plain Flour | To coat |
Marinated the chicken with ingredients * for at least 30 minutes.
Coat with black sesame seeds, corn starch and plain flour.
Deep fried it until golden brown.
