Tips

When boiled the vegetables,add a bit of the oil to maintain the vegetables's color.

Ingredients

Potatoes 40 g
Carrot 10 g
Cucumber 4 cm
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Instructions

Boiled the potatoes and carrot until soft.
Drain well.

Mashed half the boiled potatoes and carrot.
Add cucumber and mayonnaise.
Mixed well.
