Dashi broth can made with chicken powder+water

Ingredients

Chicken Fillet-Diced 100 g
Egg-Beaten 2 grade a
Yellow Onion 100 g
Spring Onion To garnish
Steamed Rice 2 bowls
Soy Sauce* To taste
Dashi Broth* 150 ml

Instructions

Saute diced chicken and onion until half cooked.

Add * ingredients and bring to boil.

Pour in the beaten egg, gently stir,cover, and turn off the heat after a few seconds when the eggs are half-boiled

Served on the rice and garnished with spring onion.
