Recipe for "Overnight Oats"


Tips

Usually I use almond milk because dairy and fruits are not good to eat together.

Ingredients

Milk Of Choice 3/4 cup
Oats 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar Or Sweetener Of Choice 1 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 teaspoon
Salt A dash

Instructions

The night before, combine the milk, oats, brown sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a glass pint jar or other container with a lid.

Secure the lid and shake. Refrigerate at least 6 hours up to overnight.

In the morning, top with fruits, nuts and seeds of choices. Enjoy!
