Tips

1. Ketam hendaklah dicuci bersih

2. Kopakkan kulit ketam yg keras tu.

3. Cuci dulu bahagian dalamnya kemudian lekatkan semula kulit keras tu.

4 ulas bawang putih - cincang
2 tangkai daun kari
2 sudu besar butter
5 tangkai cili api - hiris
3 biji telur masin - ambil kuningnya sahaja (hancurka)
3 sudu besar susu cair
Secubit gula
Secukupnya minyak

Lumurkan ketam dengan kunyit dan garam
Goreng dalam minyak yg panas
Angkat dan toskan
