All Purpose Flour | 1 cup |
Cocoa Powder | 1/2 cup |
Fresh Milk | 1/2 cup |
Soda Bicarbonate (Extra Rise) | 1 1/2 teaspoon |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
White Sugar | 1/2 cup |
Soft Margarine | 3 tablespoon |
Vanilla Extract | 1 teaspoon |
Chocolate Chips | 1/2 cup |
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Sift together all purpose flour, cocoa powder, soda bicarbonate and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together soft margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Add the flour mixture alternately with milk and beat well.
Fill in the small muffin cups.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
